John Sexton
John Sexton: Chairman. John Sexton started his career in industrial diamonds: initially carrying out post-doctoral research, followed by a period in Technical Support for DeBeers Industrial Diamonds. He has held senior managerial positions in a number of manufacturing companies and was on the board of Porvair plc until 2008. He is now an independent consultant.John@nanodiaproducts.com

Derek Wright
Derek Wright: Chief Executive Officer. Derek Wright has worked for almost his entire career in Element Six, rising to the position of Executive Director, responsible for diamond and cBN sales, worldwide. Whilst working for them, he continued his education, which culminated in gaining his Ph.D. in 1986. Ron Abramshe
Ron Abramshe: Chief Technical Officer. Ron Abramshe has worked in the area of micron and submicron particles throughout his career, specialising in production, classification, characterisation of particle surfaces, morphology and surface functionalisation. He spent many years with major corporations, where he was; among other roles, plant manager; responsible for manufacture and processing of nanodiamond products. Ron has received intellectual property on separation/sedimentation of micron/sub micron sized particles. He has Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate degrees.Ron@nanodiaproducts.com

Karl Tuffy
Karl Tuffy: Director of Business Development. Karl Tuffy is a mechanical engineer, with a research Masters degree in thin film PVD coatings for the cutting tool industry. For the last five years he has worked for Element Six in Market Support for the cBN, diamond and micron markets.
